Hello, my name is Reeves Vaughn.

From years 2005 through 2023, I started and built AYS LLC, a service business, into a $7.4 million operation. Along the way, I learned firsthand what makes a company valuable, transferable, and sellable. During those 19 years I attempted, failed, succeeded and tried again more than one time on various business activities and ideas.. A few of my successes were as follows:

Starting 3 additional LLCs under AYS. These LLC's installed instant hot water systems, completed punch work for home builders and a small remodeling company.

Founded additional LLC's to hold property.

Expanding into new markets using local and out of town labor

Obtained a business bank loan based on receivables.

Purchased land and an office and leased back to AYS.

Financing and creating a fleet account directly with a bank.

Trying numerous CRM's and accounting softwares to end up obtaining an intangible property loan to develop custom software.

Setting up credit accounts with large box stores to purchase products direct at a discount.

Obtaining separate credit accounts and cards for each business. One of those being a start up with zero credit history.

Hiring 1099 contractors instead of employees and W2's.

Needless to say, I’m experienced with how small businesses operate, especially in the service industry.
